New Testimonial
What our clients have to say about us:
 |
"First, a very special thanks to Aathit who was extremely professional in his organization of our trip. As well, an equally special thanks to Pinit, who was a fantastic guide. His knowledge of birds (including habits and calls) is unsurpassed and he made sure that we enjoyed the birds as long as we wanted. He also was most indulgent when we pursued our entomological and botanical interests.
We spent a short but absolutely fabulous 5 days and 4 nights at Khao Yai and Doi Inthanon N.P.s. We saw over 150 species, despite steady rain and travel between the two parks. We also saw a fabulous array of mammals including a Marbled Cat and her kitten.
We would definitely consider Wildwatch Thailand again."

"Hi sorry for the late comments.
Thanks to wild watch for such a birding holiday in Thailand and India. I am waiting for another birding holiday with Khun Wat.He was amazing with sharp eyes. I thought my eyes are the good ones but I was wrong.I should say he did an excellent Job.We recorded
421 Birds in Thailand and about 533 in India some of the birds were similar to Thailand but some were really special. We were delighted when we saw Gurney´s pitta in front of our eyes.India was a bit difficult for birdwatching but the country was beautiful.
Overall I give you 10 out of 10 for services , food, accommodations. All 3 of us are satisfied and truely recommend your company."

"Thank you to Khun Pinit and Khun Watchara for a fabulous three days in Khao Yai National Park. Neale, Lee and I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Despite the weather we managed to record over 60 birds on our first birding trip in Thailand including Trogan and 3 of the Hornbills found in the park. It was a fantastic experience and we look forward to discovering more of the birds together with Wildwatch in future."

"I had a wonderful 3 days. I saw some wonderful things: 70 bird species, gibbon (close up), bats, wild dog, deer, waterfalls, fig and cinnamon etc trees and the jungle to name but some. Of course one could say we didn’t see elephant, tiger etc but that doesn’t seem to matter as the whole trip was one on wonderment.
Mr A was a delight and without him I would have spotted maybe ten species as my eyes are old whilst his are young and knowledgeable. Apart from an issue with an owl and the odd LBJ (light brown job) he always seemed to get recognise the birds extremely quickly. Well done indeed. He was also an entertaining companion.
The driver was excellent.
Timekeeping was also excellent (6 am every morning) and there were no grumbles that we didn’t finish dinner until after nine at night. Restaurants, whilst basic, served good food, particularly as I love Thai food. Breakfast could be rethought though although birding naturally came first. Lunches in the park were good.
The hotel appears good from the outside but is a bit rundown and basic and the level of hospitality lacks the normal Thai welcome and courtesy."

"I went on a two day birdwatching trip with Khun Pinit. I saw 50 new kinds of birds even though it was the rainy season. We were looking for birds every minute except when we were eating. The food was always good and the hotel was nice. We saw gibbons, macaques, and an Asian black bear. When I return to Thailand I will book with Wldwatch."

"Thank you for arranging the trip. The guide was knowledgible , the food prepared in the forest was tasty. We enjoyed drinking beer at the campside.
The most shocking part of the trip was being chased by the elephants, we are really sorry once again for that.It was our fault that we went so close to the elephants. The guide stoped us but we didn´t care also thanks to the field staffs. They were friendly and nice.
Also thanks for a special gift and a CD of our pictures."

"Hi Aathit,
My apologies for this rather late note of thanks. Life has been hectic since we arrived back in the UK and getting used to the cold English winter has been difficult for us all. It just 2 weeks since we had a days birding with Wildwatch and in the freezing cold of our home town it is good to remember the warmth of Thailand. I have just recorded the species we saw onto my computer and it brought back fond memories of a great days birding. On behalf of the 4 of us I would like to pass on our thanks to Wildwatch for your terrific organization. From the first contact to the last we having nothing but praise for your company. The arrangements for the trip were clear and precise and handled most efficiently by yourself and your staff. Pinit arrived in good time and proved to be a first class leader. His knowledge of the National Park was impressive as were his birding skills. Nothing was too much trouble and he worked hard all day to make sure that we saw as many of your wonderful birds as possible. Although we all arrived back at the hotel feeling exhausted after 13 hours we shall remember the trip for a long time to come.
I have already contacted Pinit to thank him personally and he has sent us a number of excellent photographs as a memento of our days birding. Once I get my photos onto the computer I shall return the favour.
A good friend of mine is planning an extended visit to Thailand next year and I shall give him your details and anticipate that he will contact you nearer the time to arrange some guided trips. My wife and I are planning a much longer stay in Thailand for 2007 and will contact you with a view to arranging some more trips with Pinit.
Once again our sincere thanks for all you arrangements."

"The trip was great. We never imagined that Khao Yai would be such an intereting place for hiking and Wildlife watching.First time in our life we saw the huge bear just 40 metres away crossing the stream. We were afraid of being harmed by the bear but thanks to the guide who was experienced, he moved us away safely.
We had the best time we could in our life. The food prpared in the forest was delicious and we think that we should get back to Thailand once again for more adventurous trip.

"My husband and me are keen bird watchers and we are back to our country after having a fine Birding holiday between February 27 till March 13, 2006 in Thailand.First I was very confused to take decision to go for Birding in Thailand but after going through some trips reports I decided to take service of Wildwatchthailand and I think I had the most memorable birding trip in my life. We saw 393 birds in our 15 days trip.
We reached Bangkok airport on February 26, on Feb 27 we started our trip at 0600 am with Mr. Pinit. Pinit was superb, that 50 year sold man was full of knowledge and experiences. The most interesting part of our trip was finding Gurney´s Pitta. We spent more than one and a half day in the national park with Pinit and his assistant finding the said bird and at last we saw the Gurney´s Pitta. We are really thankfull to Pinit for his hard work and also thankfull to Wildwatch for arranging such a wonderfull birding trip.
We would recommend others to have birding trips with Wildwatch because in our opinion they are the professionals. If you want the list of birds we saw during trip then please email us."

"Special Thanks to Wild watch & Christopher for such a great wildlife holiday.
Thanks to Mr. Pinit & Oye for great trip, we enjoyed your company and I must say that you gave me more than my expectations.Pinit you have amazing ears and sharp eyes.
Thanks to Mr. Na and Mr. Piak for driving us around the country in your luxury cars.
Thanks for arranging the best accommodations which matched our preference.
We never expected that Thailand will accommodate amazing flora and fauna, we just thought that we will have simple trip and might see some wildlife at least monkeys but we were wrong, the animals and birds we recorded were just too much for us.
We recommend your company and will tell all our friends and colleagues to use your services.
Thanks

"My trip to Thailand was never meant to be a birding trip but I booked a few days with WildWatchThailand to satisfy my birding lust. Aathit very helpfully reorganised my trip at the last minute since I had to change the original arrangements. It was no problem to him. I was delighted to have Pinit´s excellent mentoring which is essential when you are looking at small forest birds in all colours of the rainbow! Pinit is quiet, patient and generous with his knowledge. If you enjoy birding he is your man! A day spent at Samut Sakhorn yielded the endangered spoonbill sandpiper. Pinit picked it up sleeping with the bill hidden...he noticed just a slight difference in the colour and the supercillium.
At Khao Yai amongst other birds we saw three different hornbill species and the beautiful orange-breasted trogon. I´ll be dreaming about these gorgeous birds for weeks to come!
I can´t recommend the trip highly enough and I can´t wait to come back. Thank you!"
